Bot automation with Dynamics 365

More and more companies are looking for a way to optimize the user’s experience when contacting support. When using Dynamics 365 as a data source to store customer’s details and Power Virtual Agent for chat services, you can proactively provide information upon request from the customer. In this session, we will build a fully automated bot that will engage with Dynamics 365 and return results back to the customer. This session does require a basic understanding of Power Virtual Agent and Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 (CRM), however, it can be taken by everyone who wants to see Power Virtual Agent in action.
