Most of the project managers use Excel or Microsoft Project to manage their tasks and delivery plan. Although MS project offers basic visualizations and reporting options it’s not suitable for advanced reporting. Moreover, Microsoft Project (Desktop version) cannot be connected directly to Power BI. In this session, we will focus on a workaround that will help all project managers to easily visualize their project plans created on MS Project using Power BI.
