This session will focus on the Sales solution in Dataverse. Learn about the model driven Sales apps for Dataverse, the data model, sales business process flow and related functionality. The new features being released along with 2021 wave-2 enhancements including Sales accelerator and productivity enhancements. And finally the lead and opportunity AI prediction model and Sales forecasting pipeline insights.

In this session, we will look at the traditional security model in Microsoft Dataverse, and we will compare it with the new Matrix Data Access structure – that’s a new feature that’s being rolled out in public preview in November. It brings in the ability to decouple record owners from owning business units. Which, in turn, allows for much easier implementation of the security models which we could only achieve through access teams/record sharing before.
